Adam Crew-Gee : Major Accounts Manager

Adam has more than 15 years experience of sales and management in data and telecoms with successful track records in new business acquisition and account development with Vodafone, Newbridge Networks and Alcatel-Lucent. As the Account Director for a major call centre technology integrator he has worked in the private and public sectors developing contact centres globally.
He has worked for a number of major telecom vendors including Avaya, Mitel and Alcatel-Lucent. Adam brings a strong commercial focus and broad technology expertise to the business.
Dee O'Shaughnessy : Customer Services Manager
Small opportunities are often the beginning of great enterprises
Dee has been involved with Swan from since 1992 but prior to this she was responsible for stock control at head office of Tesco and was then Manager for a well known Building Society. Her career in Management has spanned has some 19 years, giving her an immense grounding for serving our clients.
Martin Cox : Service Director & Project Manager (PRiNCE 2 Practitioner)
There's always a way
Martin has an established career within telecoms, having worked for a number of leading national companies as a Technical Engineer. He is certified as an Alcatel-Lucent Field Expert, and having run his own successful business he now brings his wealth of experience to Swan as a qualified PRiNCE 2 Practitioner.
Azhar Badulla B.Eng. (Hons.) MIET, ACSE : Telecomms Technologist
With regard to excellence, it is not enough to know, we must try to have and use it
Azhar is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Communication Network and Services professional group. He joined Alcatel-Lucent business partners straight out of university and has been in the field for seven years now. He has followed numerous courses at Alcatel University in Paris and Brest which certified him to System Expert.
Azhar has worked and assisted projects in the Indian Ocean region, namely Mauritius and Seychelles, France and the U.S.A. He considers keeping up to date with new developments in telecommunications a must.
