Our Clients

It's true what they say "you can't please all the people, all the time". We say "we'll give it a go!"

We have around 350 happy customers across the UK, ranging from start ups to multinationals. Below are just a few you may of heard of...

Pluss

Adding To Life

Pluss is a social enterprise that offers a range of training and recruitment services, and also direct employment to people with disabilities through their own manufacturing and mobility equipment business.

“Our previous communication supplier didn’t take the time to understand our business.  Swan Communications impressed us by the way they listened to our needs and provided a communication solution that reflected our needs for today which can be easily adapted for our future growth plans.  We are already seeing cost savings and are able to use the call statistics to improve work patterns, benefitting staff and customers alike.  Swan’s technical expertise, commitment and flexibility are a refreshing change which has proved to be invaluable throughout the whole project.”

May Gurney

Delivering essential services for our communities

Our established relationship with May Gurney began when we worked extensively with their South West organisation, formerly TJ Brent, Swan recently installed a new Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise BiCS platform into their head office in Trowse, Norwich, with the capability of migrating all voice and multimodal conferencing services for circa. 4000 users throughout the country to a common, distributed architecture IP communications platform.  We also provide a managed service to assist the internal IT support team in the setting up, support and relocation of their site offices.

"With their personal touch, Swan have always looked after us well and we have watched the company grow and develop rapidly to the point where we had full confidence in our decision to place the integrated communications infrastructure for our whole business their safe hands..."

Flybe

Low cost but not at any cost

Flybe is now Europe's largest regional low-cost airline.  Following the successful acquisition and integration of BA Connect in March 2007, the route network is 70% domestic UK, 20% European business and 10% European leisure destinations.

Our $3 billion investment programme, and the phasing out of older aircraft, means that by summer 2009, Flybe will operate one of the youngest and most environmentally sensitive fleets in the world, exclusively comprised of  Embraer 195 and Bombardier Q400 aircraft.

Nathan Burden Head of IT Services commented “we were looking for a company that had the flexibility to meet our immediate needs and the technical ability to develop our Alcatel-Lucent platform as we grow. Swan was the only company that fulfilled all these requirements; we look forward to working closely with them.”

Peter O’Shaughnessy added “We are delighted to have been selected by Flybe as their Alcatel-Lucent partner. The decision reflects the success of our “customer first” flexibility and in-house technical skills that have helped us to continue growing our business in the current market.”

The Leadership Trust

The UK’s premier centre for developing leadership potential in individuals, teams and organisations

The Leadership Trust were looking for a solution and a business partner to provide them with a better way of delivering integrated communication services to their staff and clients.  The new platform had to be able to provide hospitality services for their residential course clients, and they were looking to improve the way their staff worked together.  After visiting the Woodbury Head Office and demonstration suite, they chose to work exclusively with Swan to design a solution based on the Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise BiCS platform with the award winning applications, “My Teamwork” and “My Instant Communicator”, integrated with their hospitality front of house system and Lotus Notes.

“The BiCS platform is versatile, easy to work with and manage, and Swan’s project management, installation and training made the deployment and migration from our old system very painless“
